Before reaching our kitchen some ingredients are processed in environments where these and other allergens may be present.
Although we process everything by hand you may still find traces of date seeds and nut husks.

Order before midday Mon - Fri for next day delivery.
£2.75 - Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Delivery
Order before midday Mon - Thurs for same week delivery.
Orders placed after midday Thursday with 48hr service will be dispatched on the following Monday to ensure maximum product shelf life.
You can also collect your order from our kitchen in Poole.
Collection times are Monday & Wednesday 10am - 10pm
Tuesday & Thursday 4pm - 10pm.
All products arrive ready to eat, refrigerate or freeze.
Product Care + Specification
You can freeze these products when you receive them, but remember to eat them within 6 months. They defrost in 15 minutes at room temperature - or you can eat them frozen if you just can’t wait. Keep them in the fridge and eat within 4 days of defrosting.
Weight per portion: approx. 40g
All bars are hand poured, pressed and cut so weights do vary.
