Bliss Ball Selection
A selection of our three Bliss Ball flavours.
These little bites are a perfect on-the-go snack, enjoy them straight out the freezer or fully defrosted. Made from just fruits, nuts and seeds they are vegan, and naturally free from gluten, dairy, soy and palm.

Although we process everything by hand you may still find traces of date seeds and nut husks.

4 days in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer…
You can freeze these products when you receive them, remember to eat them within 6 months. They defrost in 15 minutes at room temperature - or you can eat them frozen if you just can’t wait.
Once defrosted, keep your Green + Grainy treats in the fridge and eat them within 4 days.
All bars are hand poured, pressed and cut so weights do vary.
